The group lately sold the entire Phoenix Floor of the building for approximately HK$247 million, at a price of approximately HK$17,800 per square foot, HK01 reported, citing market sources. The property sold was the entire 36th floor of the Bank of America Tower, the Phoenix Floor, with a GFA of approximately 13,880 square feet, report said.
